  • 8-week core program, alternating between self-paced modules and live group sessions.
  • Each module consists of short, bite-sized lessons, plus helpful guides, checklists, and worksheets to support application.
  •  10 monthly live calls  (post the core program) to embed learning and provide ongoing support. Questions can be submitted in advance for personalised advice.
